As noted in the CFP, RWJF's ultimate goal is to build competency in quality improvement methods among all health and healthcare workers. This goal encompasses nurses, physicians, other clinicians, public/community health workers and a variety of service and administrative staff. Furthermore, the resource center should include content suitable for students of these disciplines and learners with varied QI experience levels from beginners to experts. Priority should be given to basic to intermediate-level material.
